實(shí)驗室介紹: 

  實(shí)驗室成立于2003年,配備有MAT253和Delta V plus型同位素比值質(zhì)譜儀,同時(shí)擁有Flash EA 1112型有機元素分析儀、TC/EA高溫裂解分析儀、GasBench II多功能氣體制備裝置、Trace GC 2000型氣相色譜儀和Kiel IV碳酸鹽反應裝置等多臺外設,通過(guò)與同位素質(zhì)譜儀的聯(lián)用可在線(xiàn)分析各類(lèi)地質(zhì)樣品的碳、氮、氫和氧同位素組成。近年來(lái),實(shí)驗室運用氣體穩定同位素分析技術(shù),開(kāi)展了古環(huán)境、古氣候、古生態(tài)和同位素地球化學(xué)過(guò)程等方面的研究。同時(shí),實(shí)驗室技術(shù)人員還不斷拓展儀器功能和開(kāi)發(fā)新方法,如磷酸鹽氧同位素的制備與分析、碳酸鹽耦合同位素(clumped isotopes)的分析等,為古環(huán)境研究提供了新的強有力的技術(shù)手段。環(huán)境同位素實(shí)驗室對國內外研究人員高質(zhì)開(kāi)放,歡迎前來(lái)開(kāi)展合作研究。 
    
儀器介紹:
 
  MAT253同位素比值質(zhì)譜儀是目前國際上最先進(jìn)的氣體穩定同位素分析儀器,由美國Thermo Scientific公司制造,于2003年引進(jìn)。它具有較寬的質(zhì)量數范圍(1-150道爾頓),較高的靈敏度(離子/800分子),質(zhì)量分辨率可達200。MAT253穩定同位素比值質(zhì)譜儀提供 D/H、 13C/ 12C、15N/ 14N、18O/16O和29Si/ 28Si同位素比值的高精度測定。 
  同位素質(zhì)譜儀分析原理:

  首先將樣品轉化為純的氣體,待測氣體通過(guò)擴散或He載氣攜帶進(jìn)入離子源,在電子轟擊作用下變?yōu)閹щ姾傻碾x子,然后經(jīng)過(guò)電場(chǎng)加速后進(jìn)入磁場(chǎng),根據質(zhì)荷比(m/z)的大小以不同半徑發(fā)生偏轉,從而實(shí)現對不同質(zhì)量數的同種分子的分離,最后不同質(zhì)荷比的帶電離子分別被不同位置上的接收杯所接收、計數,通過(guò)計算給出同位素組成。下圖為CO2氣體各同位素的分離、檢測示意圖。

實(shí)驗室成員: 

  王旭:博士,副研究員,第四紀地質(zhì)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè),目前為環(huán)境同位素實(shí)驗室技術(shù)負責人。主要研究方向為古氣候與古環(huán)境研究,包括:古火歷史重建及其與氣候和人類(lèi)活動(dòng)關(guān)系研究、地質(zhì)時(shí)期高溫期(如PETM時(shí)期)古氣候研究等。同時(shí),負責穩定同位素質(zhì)譜儀的功能拓展與新方法開(kāi)發(fā)。
